Patient Response understands the challenges hospitals face with the national nursing shortage. In response to those needs, our services include providing interim staffing to hospitals in their time of need. Our services include seasoned staff nurses, (RN and LPN), Nurses Aides, and Case Management staff.

Additional services provided include Director level staff. We have experienced Case Management and Performance Improvement/Quality Directors. Our directors have extensive experience in leadership, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Conditions of Participation and Corrective Action Plans. In addition, they are trained in The Joint Commission Standards and Scoring, Core Measures and Pay for Performance.

Our Case Management Directors are well versed and knowledgeable with Utilization Review and Discharge Planning, Resource Utilization, Revenue Cycle, Denial Management, Present on Admission indicators, RAC audits, MS DRGs, Core Measures, Important Messages from Medicare and Notices of Appeal.

Our directors experience in Case Management and Performance Improvement/Quality assists the hospital to meet fiduciary goals, Pay for Performance and quality outcomes.

The Patient Response Team is comprised of seasoned leaders that have been successful in leading departments, preparing facilities for CMS and JCAHO surveys as well as writing approved corrective action plan
